Today, WINDHAND unveil their sinister new video, "Red Cloud". Director and animator Zev Deans follows the exploits of a washed-up Warlock and his imbecilic Henchman as they attempt to summon The Scarlet Woman. It's saturated with the visual style of technicolor horror and blends live-action with animated scenery. "Red Cloud" is equal parts homage to and satire of the psych-horror of the 1960's, specifically the works of Jean Rollin and Roger Corman's Poe series and it's here just in time for Halloween.

Today WINDHAND give us another glimpse of what's to come on their impending album Eternal Return with new single "Diablerie". Embodying the album's more reflective side, "Diablerie" fully captures the band's artistic growth and the juxtaposition of genre-bending, heavy psychedelia that's apparent throughout Eternal Return.
Richmond, Virginia's psychedelic heavyweightsWINDHAND unveil "Grey Garden," the video and lead single off their forthcoming album Eternal Return. Today NPRdebuted the Jordan Vance directed piece describing the song, "is led by Morris' towering riff and a guitar tone so deep, so thick that it's like sipping on a frothy pint of the void...there's a serious undercurrent of grunge. Windhand spends a good section of the track to drop out of distortion and meditate on flannel-powered flange and EBow as Cottrell's voice drifts in and out of space." Read all about it here and check out NPR's 200 Greatest Songs By 21st Century Women which recently featured WINDHAND's classic, "Orchard".
